Shipping and Delivery Policy– Parinkari

1.Shipping Timeline

• Delhi deliveries: 4–10 business days.

• Rest of India: 10–14 business days.

• Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

2. We do not offer express shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) at this moment

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Addresses cannot be changed after an order is confirmed.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, re-shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.
• Please double-check all details before placing your order.

3. Contact Details

• The phone number you provide at checkout is only shared with delivery agents to help them locate your address.

• It is not guaranteed that they will call if the address is unclear.

• Please ensure you enter the correct phone number and address to avoid delivery issues.

4. Delivery Responsibility

• We are not responsible for refunds, returns, or credits if a package: Cannot be delivered due to wrong/incomplete address or  gets lost in transit because of incorrect details entered at checkout.

• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, you must email us at parinkari11@gmail.com within 1 business day. After this, we cannot raise a complaint with our courier partner.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India.
• For international orders, you may ship to a friend/family in India who can forward it to you.

6. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp.

 7.Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges varies across India depending on shipping address.
• As we do not have the reverse pickup facility you will need to cover the shipping cost in case of returning correct ordered product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8.Packaging

• Our packaging is 100% paper-based.

• We do not use plastic in our packaging.
