Return and exchange policy— Parinkari
We want you to be happy with every Parinkari purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
1.Quick summary
- Request returns/exchanges within 24 hours of delivery.
- Report damaged/defective/missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges only for damaged or defective products.
- If you return a correct (right) product — you’ll get a store credit (credit note), not a cash refund.
- No returns or exchanges on sale items.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If the order placed using store credit is returned, that return will be rejected.
2.What you can return or exchange
- Return (change of mind / correct item): Allowed — you will receive a store credit for the sale value of the item (shipping not included).
- Exchange: Only for items that are damaged, defective, or missing parts — we will replace the item if we have stock. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
- Not accepted: Used, washed, or altered items; tags removed; sale items; – these cannot be returned on our website.
3. How to request a return or exchange

- Clear photos of the product and packaging. For damaged items, send photos within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will confirm by email or through whats app and share the next steps (pickup or return address). Do not ship the item before getting our confirmation.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable in all cases.
4.Store Credit (Credit Note)
- Store credit is issued for returned correct items (change of mind) or when replacement is not available.
- We will email the credit code once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check (usually within 48 hours of receipt).
- Valid for 1 year from the issue date.
- Store credit equals the sale amount of the returned product (shipping not included).
- Use the credit code at checkout. If the order placed using store credit is returned, that return will be rejected.
5.Money Refunds (only for wrong / damaged items)
- We issue refunds to the original payment method only when we confirm the item was delivered wrong or damaged and you request a money refund.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item passes QC. Bank/portal processing can take 7–14 working days.
- We may offer a store credit instead if you prefer a faster resolution.
6.Timelines & processing
- Report damaged/defective items within 24 hours of delivery.
- For all return/exchange requests, start the process within 7 days of delivery.
- Once we receive the returned item and complete QC, store credit is issued within 48 hours and refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days depending on your bank.
7.Important notes
- Each order is eligible for return only once.
- Orders placed using store credit cannot be returned.
- If a returned item is found used or damaged beyond the reported defect, we reserve the right to reject the return.
- We reserve the final right to approve or reject any return/exchange.
