Welcome to Parinkari.com, by accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders

• Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production/dispatch – so we don’t allow cancellations or changes.
• Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free standard shipping across India.
• Orders usually reach you in 7–12 business days, depending on your pin code.
• Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.
• Currently, we don’t offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or express shipping.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Since every piece is handcrafted with care, we only accept returns/exchanges for damaged or defective items.

• If you simply change your mind or don’t like the product, we issue a store credit (valid for 1 year) instead of refunds.

• Sale items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
• All items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

• In case of a wrong or damaged product, you can request a refund to your bank account (for the product value only; shipping charges are non-refundable).
• If the product is correct but you wish to return it, we’ll issue a store credit that you can use for your next order.

• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Please record a short unboxing video if you receive a damaged or wrong product – it helps us resolve your case faster.
• If the address provided is wrong or incomplete, we cannot be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.

6. Our Promise

• All our products are made with love and passes quality check, which perfectly fits to your body according to given size chart.
• Parinkari reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
